- TheVillageGreen will publish "camera ready" articles and pictures given to us by
community based organizations. It is understood that those articles will not be edited
for content, grammar or spelling. Since publication is a courtesy and at no charge It is
the responsibility of each organization to proof their articles prior to submission. The
articles and information contained therein are the sole responsibility of the poster.
TheVillageGreen. its staff and corporate officers will be held harmless in any legal
action related to same. - TheVillageGreen will publish jpeg photos of minor children involved in repeating
community organization events, at an established location - when those photos are
transmitted to us by representatives of a school district, youth service or a sports
organization. It is however understood that those organizations bear the responsibility
of obtaining permission for publication prior to submission, and TheVillageGreen, it's
staff and corporate officers are held harmless in any potential legal action related to
same.
Upon request, representatives of the above named organizations will furnish to
TheVillageGreen copies of signed parental notification releases prior to publication.
