Chelsea Lynn Walls of Springfield Township, recently graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts, Mays Landing, NJ and was awarded a Certificate in Baking and Pastry. Miss Walls is a 2005 graduate of Northern Burlington County Regional High School, Columbus. In addition to her academic career at the Academy of Culinary Arts, Miss Walls was privileged to serve externships at Specchio and Umbra Restaurants in the Borgata, Atlantic City, as well as Buddakan and Continental Restaurants at Caesar’s Pier, Atlantic City. Miss Walls is currently a pastry chef at Park Hyatt Hotel at the Bellevue, Philadelphia, PA, under the tutelage of Pastry Chef, Dan Pino. |
